Your Site, Your Files
Everything lives in a folder on your computer—so you control your content, your backups, and where your site is hosted.
Fast, secure static websites
No database. No server-side code. WebHaste renders fully-built HTML files that load quickly on CDNs and reduce the security and maintenance burden that comes with server-based CMS platforms.
Deploy for free
Publish directly to Cloudflare Pages or Netlify — both offer free hosting and SSL for many smaller sites. Prefer another host? WebHaste can also generate a ready-to-deploy static site package you can upload anywhere.
Built for Human-AI Collaboration
WebHaste uses open web standards and has a built-in knowledge base for agents so AI tools can reliably create, edit, and understand your pages, menus, and templates. It’s an easy way to collaborate with an AI agent without turning your website into a complex server app.
Simple Team Workflows and Easy Backups
Put your site folder on a shared drive or cloud storage to keep backups running automatically. If you work with a developer, you can work from the same directory and stay in sync (see Git below for even more tracking and backup options).
If you have several teammates who work on your site, place your site files on a shared drive, and each user can open the website directly on their machine. Changes are rendered in real time
Git With the Program
If you already use Git and Git Pipelines, you'll love that WebHaste is structured with Git repositories and deployment in mind. We recommend storing your site folder as a repo, and practicing regular commits. That gives you a robust disaster-recovery and backup mechanism.
If you use CI/CD pipelines to deploy your website, use WebHaste's static deployment (renders files on your machine), and then commit the site to Git to upload your changes.
Git also unlocks the ability to host your site directly on additional services like GitHub Pages and Render.
