Setting up a New Site

To set up a new site from scratch, you can click the "Open Project Folder" in WebHaste and point it to any directory that your device has access to. That includes:

• Local folder on your C: drive
• Synced folder in your cloud account (OneDrive, Google Drive, PCloud, etc)
• A folder on a shared network drive
• The "www/myproject" folder direct on your web server (if mounted as a local drive on your machine)

If you point WebHaste to an empty folder, or one without the necessary template files, WebHaste will create a basic template and file structure. In most cases, it's best to download the WebHaste starter template and start with that.
